Your list of Wedding Stationery items
If you’re anything like me - you’ll have lists for lists to help you plan.
Here is one that is specifically for your wedding stationery and signage.
Pre-wedding invitation parts:
Engagement Party Invitations
Not everyone goes to elaborate lengths for these. It’s normal to want to save some money for the bigger stuff. I.e. your wedding invites.
I suggest using the likes of Canva for these or even a facebook event.
OR if you are planning on something a little more creative, pixeled design can certainly help with the design of these. This is most likely the first instance where you will be looking to design something for the big day.Save the Date cards
Everyone must get a save the date card for their fridge right?! This is a great way to buy some time for your wedding invitations at the same time giving your guests plenty of heads up that this is the date to mark their calendars! More so if you have friends and family coming from overseas.Bridal Shower Invitation
If you’ve assigned a Maid of Honour, feel free to connect them with us.
Bridal Showers aren’t always a sure thing since the hens-do tends to be the highlight - BUT if you’re struggling to wait and celebrate with your fellow girlfriends… heres’ where a Bridal Shower is the perfect solution. Throw a party. Maybe this is just a simple email invite designed on canva or a facebook event with a custom designed banner.
Wedding Invitation
Wedding Invitations tend to be the most valuable component.
In here you’ll want to describe:
1) the location of the wedding with any special notes on parking, utilities and accommodation.
2) the RSVP and any requests for songs or cuisine.
3) the wedding invitation inc. time, date and names.
You can dress these up in as many ways as you like. Belly bands, frosted paper stock, cotton papers, ribbons, print finishes (gold foil, letterpress), lined envelopes or presentation folds.
Pixeled Design is familiar with all of these effects and can assist in the curation of your dream wedding invites right down to the research of the formal invitation wording. All styles and refinements to the wedding stationery will be meticulously crafted with your feedback and input along the way.
Welcome Sign
Utility Signs
Other Signs
Hand painted / Rustic signs demonstrating where the toilet and other facilities can be requested. These are additional touches, again if you choose to go in to this level of detail for your day.
Ceremony Program
Again, not something used a lot of the time. But is a chance for your guests to understand the days course of events. This could just be something simple that your guests can pickup on arrival.
Seating Chart
Displayed in a number of ways and applications. Looks great on transparent acrylic!
Send us your details and we can whip up some concepts.
Table Numbers
The last wedding I was involved with we hand painted the numbers on to some log rounds. Wasn’t fiddly and made the table look really rustic. Again the application is a personal choice. You can print these and frame them or put them in stand clips.
Place/Name Cards
A few things that go on the table are often re jigged for your tastes. I.e. a personalised cookie might double as your favour and name tag for your guests. Or we can print + design some tent cards with your guest names.
Menu Cards
Menu cards are fun to work with. These and the invitations can be quite the showcase. You can double other details on these as there is the back of the card and sizing Is not limited. There are some great ideas on Pinterest or design catered to you and your theme.
Favours
Maybe it’s a photo from the day that is sent out at a later time. Or you have custom cookies baked. Items personalised or printed on, the choice is yours.
